Customer journey analytics for your SaaS website

See where visitors arrive, the pages and selected clicks they explore, and how observed paths lead toward conversion. Start without a Stripe connection.

At a glance
  • Inspect a timeline of observed page paths and selected safe click labels.
  • Use acquisition, journeys, and funnels together to investigate conversion friction.
  • Connect returning browsers with consent; add signed customer identity when your application needs it.

Understand what happens after the landing page

A source report tells you where visits came from. A visitor journey shows what happened next: which public pages were explored, which explicitly tracked clicks occurred, and how the sequence progressed. Use the path to investigate a question such as whether visitors need setup information before they sign up.

VisitLift combines live visitor activity, source and campaign reports, journey timelines, goals, and ordered funnels. It is designed for founders who want to inspect the path behind a number. The public demo uses labeled sample data so you can explore the workflow before installing.

Start with website tracking; connect more when useful

Install the tracker on the registered website, publish it, and verify a real accepted event. You can begin with traffic, page paths, selected clicks, and page/event funnels without connecting merchant Stripe.

Optional persistent attribution recognizes a returning browser only after you enable the site capability and the visitor consents. Optional signed customer identity lets your authenticated server connect consented browsers to an opaque application account reference. A signup, login, shared IP address, or payment does not automatically grant consent or verify a person.

Turn a path into a conversion question

Repeated movement between pricing and a setup guide might suggest an unanswered implementation question. It could also reflect ordinary comparison or an interrupted visit. Inspect several relevant paths, write a hypothesis, and use a short ordered funnel to measure progression through the steps you choose.

A journey is observed evidence, not a claim about motivation or causation. Keep actual counts and missing coverage visible. A useful next action might be clarifying the trial terms, showing the installation requirements earlier, or fixing a broken page.

Know the limits before choosing a tool

VisitLift journeys are page-and-event timelines, not session recordings. VisitLift does not provide replay, heatmaps, keystroke recording, or automatic deanonymization of website visitors. Basic anonymous visit estimates do not establish persistent customer identity.

The optional merchant Stripe connection verifies positive paid Checkout in its documented scope. Later subscription invoices, refunds, fees, and historical backfill are outside that merchant report. Use it when payment verification answers a new question, not as a prerequisite for useful website analytics.

Try it with one useful question

Choose a traffic source, define an outcome, and inspect the pages before that outcome. Verify collection and event definitions before interpreting an empty report. Compare observed completed and incomplete paths with the same measurement window.

Solo starts at $10/month. New trials last 14 days and require a card; the selected monthly plan renews automatically unless canceled before the trial ends. VisitLift subscription billing is separate from the optional merchant revenue connection.
