Service terms

Product service terms · Updated October 18, 2026. Final legal entity, jurisdiction, contact, and reviewed contract terms are required before general availability.

Your account and websites

Use VisitLift only for websites and payment accounts you are authorized to administer. Keep account access secure, invite only authorized members, and configure data collection and consent to meet your obligations. Do not intentionally submit personal information through event names, UTMs, or page paths.

Trial and subscriptions

The no-card trial lasts 14 days and includes 10,000 accepted events with Teams features. A paid purchase begins its billing cycle immediately. Solo includes one website and one user. Teams includes unlimited websites and members for one business, with pooled events.

Monthly USD prices are Solo $10/$20/$30 and Teams $20/$40/$60 for 10,000/100,000/200,000 events. Higher allowances require a separate agreement. Taxes, where applicable, are identified during checkout.

Usage and changes

Accepted pageviews and custom events count toward usage; payment webhooks, duplicates, identified bots, and excluded visits do not. Owners are notified at 80% and 100%. There are no automatic overage charges or upgrades. Sustained excess requires an upgrade discussion before renewal.

Upgrades apply immediately with proration. Downgrades apply at renewal; moving to Solo requires one website and one member. Cancellation ends service at the paid period’s end. Collection stops at trial expiry or service end, followed by a 30-day analytics retention period before deletion.

Measurement and product scope

Analytics are estimates affected by browser behavior, blockers, configuration, and attribution rules. VisitLift is not an accounting ledger and does not guarantee marketing outcomes. Paid Checkout revenue excludes recurring invoices, refunds, disputes, processing fees, and historical backfill in the first release.

Keep currencies separate and validate your payment integration before relying on reports. Free-tool outputs are mathematical scenarios or URL-building aids, not financial forecasts or guarantees.

Production launch conditions

The operator must add the contracting business identity, verified support contact, governing jurisdiction, applicable privacy/data-processing terms, and reviewed liability/dispute provisions before inviting production customers. This development page is not a substitute for that review.

No public support inbox or commercial availability should be inferred from a local preview. Service availability and paid checkout require a configured production deployment.
