Start a trial & manage your subscription

Confirm your card in Stripe Checkout, understand your selected price, and manage renewal or cancellation.

Create an account, then confirm your card

Choose Solo or Teams and an event allowance on the Pricing page, then create your account through the secure email link. Your plan selection carries into setup. Creating the account alone does not start a trial or enable collection.

Confirm your card in Stripe Checkout. An eligible new subscription starts its 14-day free trial only after Stripe confirms it. Your selected plan, website/member limits, and event allowance apply during the trial. A Solo trial does not include Teams membership limits.

Know what renews after 14 days

The trial has no VisitLift subscription charge during its 14 days. Afterward, the subscription renews automatically at your selected monthly price unless you cancel before the trial ends. Stripe Checkout shows the selected price and billing terms before you confirm.

Monthly USD prices are Solo $10/$20/$30 and Teams $20/$40/$60 for 10,000/100,000/200,000 events. Applicable taxes are shown at Checkout. There are no automatic overage charges or allowance upgrades.

Manage or cancel in the Stripe billing portal

Open Settings → Manage billing to access the Stripe billing portal. Review your subscription and trial end date there, update your payment method, or cancel. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge.

For an existing paid subscription, cancellation ends service at the paid period’s end. Analytics collection stops when service ends; the retention policy describes how long existing analytics remain available.

Keep subscription billing separate from revenue measurement

Your VisitLift subscription pays for analytics access. The Stripe connection in the revenue setup measures paid Checkout events from your own customer-facing Stripe account. These have separate webhook destinations and secrets.

Adding a card for your VisitLift trial does not connect your customer revenue automatically. Follow /docs/stripe when you are ready to configure that separate integration.
